iam haveing problems deleting my picthures that i took with my cell phone and pithures i down loaded from picthure dick on my comupter .iam reciveing an error messege say it cant delete it because another person or program is running.
I am unfamiliar with the program you are using, although a generic approach to your deleting the picture would be to do it from safe mode. to get to safe mode restart your pc. When you see your pc start coming back , start taping the F8 key, do not hold the key down or you will get a stuck key error.
a similiar situation happened to me before like that too, in fact another program was running. what happened was i tried to access and edit the pictures and work with pdf files too. i was getting the same error. i forgot to close out a piece of software that lets you do slideshows. the slide show software had taken all comp. pics and files and was "holding them hostage" all i had to do was turn that off and then i was back to normal again with what i wanted to do.
