I tryd installing media player 11 but it didnt work prperly so i am trying to delete it and can delete everything except one file which when i go to it in my add/remove programmes and try to delete it, it says it is going to roll my media player back to the last version but it dosent, it just stays there and everything is the same ?? how do i get rid off this? because now i cant even install another version because this wont let me do anything without getting a windows verifacation? which i dont wana do!
