dell hard drive replacement

    Bit of help please,

    I have a dell Inspiron 6000, 3+ yr old laptop computer.
    Had it working as I wanted it but hard drive went last week.
    (clicking noise). Got it checked but needs replacing.
    Need to know what one to get to replace it with.
    Its a 60gb(5400rpm) ide hard drive. Size is fine as I have an
    external harddrive. Just need to know are all harddrives
    compatable or what one will fit.
    Any help or advice greatly appreciated

    any 2.5" ide hard drive will fit, they're all the same
