Dell latitude D810 showing DST short status fail

    have a dell latitude D810
    have done dino on it an coming up with DST short status fail
    dose this mean i will have to replace the graphic card
    or is there anything i can download to try repair it
    starts up with blue lines on the page but before opening operating system just goes to a blank white screen any help much appreciated
