Desktop icons won't stay put.

    For some reason the Recycle icon moves to the lower right corner during boot up.I hit align to grid/arrange by name and it moves back to normal. Boot up and it moves again. I don't have auto arrange on,so I am running out of things to try. I am using Win xp home.Thanks
