desktop recording software ?

    Ok i really need help. I want to record(take videos) this game i play,Guild Wars, with like a desktop recording software like Game Cam or somthing. Problem is that i cant find one that works for me. For some reason when i started up Game Cam evrything looked ok until i tried to use the toggle key to start recordign and it wouldnt go. then i realized it was usless cause i didnt pay $90 for a crapy software. I really need help. If anyone about another desktop/game recorder thats FREE and easy to use PLEASE tell me

    FRAPS has a free version i think and is pretty easy to use.

    ive tried fraps to but the free vesion only alows 30 second clips

    If you checked the link i gave you would have found out there are NO decnt free ones out there...

    Yeah, that's it. Some time back wanted to record "Stubbs" but I was unable to find any free screen recorders with decent quality. Trust me I tried about dozen trials of crappy screen recorders.

    Fraps works like a charm. It doesn't take mush system resources and the video quality is great. But of course, you have to buy it.

    But anyways, there might be some free ware app that works ok... IMO

    i just did thanks for reminding me i wasnt cosidering it anyways sory for posting. so even though evryone is saying there is no decent free ones if by anychance u magicaly come by one, please tell us.
