    I have a Pineer 106 and have used DVD Decrypter to copy DVD moive. Recently, I got the above error message:
    Device Buffer Thread Runtime Exception!
    Message=Canvas does not allow drawing

    After completion of burning, the DVD cannot be played and recognized in my 106 but not other DVD ROM nor player.
    Any ideas to solve the problem?

    What did you exactly try to rip w/ DVD Decrypter... 'full-disc' or 'movie-only' ?

    Did you alter any settings within Decrypter ??

    Actually waht I do is to rip the whole disc and I have successfully done so before but unfortunately it fails recent. I have not alter any setting in DVD Decrypter before and after. It is strange that when I use DVD+R disc it is still OK.

    Use SmartRipper instead then mate

    There is no problem w/ that software as it has been on Afterdawn.com's no.1 download in the software section for absolutely ages

    The only real reason for using DVD Decrypter over SmartRipper is becuase of 'ignore read errors'
