Apologies if this should not be a new thread, all existing discussions I found were already closed. I am working on a 25fps mkv file (framerate determined from MediaInfo). I want it to be on an NTSC compliant DVD. When I run it through DGpulldown, everything appears to work correctly, it takes a while to process and the final message says something like "converted to 29.97fps" (forget the real value). However when I look at the newly created file in MediaInfo, it still has a framerate of 25fps. Any advice?
