Difference between BenQ 1625 and 1640

    I'm looking to purchase a newer burner. I currently have the TDK 840g. Now I know I want a BenQ due to all the research I've done. I just don't know what the difference is between the 1625 and 1640. If anybody can help, please do so. Thanks.
