This is a BIG question that no one can really answer for you. We can tell what we personally like but there;s too many variables.
eg diameter of lense, size of lense (210mm), 3pixel, 4, 5,6,8 etc., price your willing to pay, quality of camera itself. You can have a very strong lense but if the diameter is small then you will need more light. As well look at battery options, warranties, some are slr digital cameras, some aren't. See what I mean.
Take a look at this site: http://www.dpreview.com/ This is one of many sites that I used to help make my choice. Go into the stores and try the cameras out in the store. You may not need all the bells and whistles. Also some models you make not like how some features work or where the buttons are placed.
Sorry, but I can't tell you which one is better, especially since you haven't mentioned any models within cannon, fuji, nikon, and how much $$$$$$ you want to spend. If you give more info we might be able to help you better.
