    Hi,
I have a flashed Digivox T MMDS box,
I moved house (to ovens area) and erected an aerial on the roof that pointed approximately towards Cork Airport
It worked for a day after tuning in the channels manually
(started at Freq. 666.000 and increased the frequency in 8hz intervals until i had approx 70 channels)
When the reception disappeared, i got back on the roof and adjusted the aerial to a more southerly direction and i got the signal back.

Since then I periodically lose reception, sometimes for several hours other times for a couple of days.

I was back on the roof yesterday and could not get a reception at all

Is there any particular reason why i keep loosing reception?

NOTE: it worked for 3 weeks until it started to die periodically

The details of my aerial are as follows

    Panorama 39dB LO(Mhz)1838 with 24v booster

More than likely its the psu to the ariel thats crapping out, get yourself a proper chxxus one, and see how you get on!

Cheers for the suggestion, not the power supply but just as annoying, one of the cables im using has a rubbish connector and its connected to the power supply, well the wire became loose so it looked like it was connected but it wasnt..

Cheers for the help i wouldnt have looked there otherwise
by the way i have a *cough* power supply, and i generally dont use it as its a lower voltage than the one im currently using

    Thanks a lot

Those psu's are more prone to giving trouble than the chxxus ones, but if it does the job!! 18V one should do nicely as well for yagi ariels! Glad you got sorted!
