My digivox recently does not show any chanels outside of the 5 basic ones. it registering all 260 chanels but has no picture or sound with error message that says scrambled or bad channel. can anyone help.
I'm having trouble as well. I lost a lot of channels this morning. I've re-scanned, done a factory reset, turned off the set for 30 seconds, and re-scanned again, but it didn't help. I now get 114 channels as opposed to about 400 before. But only the free to air (or is that Freeview?) ones. None of the channels are named - just numbered, so I have to scroll through them to find the channels I want. I believe Virgin are issuing new cards. Does this mean the firmware will have to be updated?
did you try and erase all the channels, do a factory reset and scan them back in, cos there is no more firmware for that box, nag.3 is coming your way if not already there, but you have other options when your area is gone links below starview.6 kryptview
if you have done a factory reset,and auto scan from direct feed only,find all channels exit then menu-system info-ok1004-key emu to on. sounds like a frequency change as when on nagra3=waiting for code update is the message you see but fails to move.
