Hi I have just brought my secound digivox after trying to install the firmwire and maing a right pigs ear of it Can some one please explain in idiot terms on how to set these things up i have heard about flashing? firmwire and downloader 10 but still aint 100% sure on what to do and in which order i want to install the softwear using a usb stick but what is the order of play i.e firmwire first or not??? were do i get the softwear from and on a idiot basis ( i am an idiot by the way ) how do i go about installing it all any help will be grately appriciated

thanks for the quick reply its a digivox xl usb so basically i have to download the firmwire then install it onto the digivox, i was going to do it using my memory stick is there any other things i need to do or any other actions i need to take or any other softwear needed i keep reading on other posts about flashing??? and download 10
