Means excatly no signal been received from your incoming cable make sure the cable is in the correct slot on the box and you have a live feed
cables are in right way got up next morning no channels it keeps saying no signal have they gone nag 3 in tunbridge wells is that why i cant get signal
did you put the cable into the TV as advised? Did you check the Virgin Service page for any outages in the area?
If you have put your cable in your tv and you are still getting no channels your cable has been switched off or could be a breakdown in your area do you pay for a sub from your provider ??
