Directx 10 for windows XP??

    I'm sure this has been asked a billion times, and I've done some internet research and found something being called directx 9.0L, which is supposed to be the same thing as directx10 except obviously for the PC. However, the sites I've read that from are older links and I find nothing on this at Microsoft.com.

    Does anyone know if this exists or will exist?

    If this has been discussed here, I apologize for the repeat thread, I am terrible with the website search and couldn't find anything.

    hi do u have any pc games? some of the games ie csi have directx10 on them

    never going to happen....

    You would need a dx10 video card if there ever was that... Vista is the only way to get it.
