Hi, I've used ConvertXToDVD to burn a movie onto a Yaiyo Yuden disc. I then went through the exact same process to burn two smaller files to another disc. However, the first disc will play on every DVD player int he house (2 PCs and 2 DVD players), but the second disk works on everything but one of the DVD players. So the discs are the same, the files were encoded the same way, but one of them does not work on the downstairs DVD player. I cannot get my head around it. Please help me work out what I've done wrong so it never happens again! (I've also made around 8 DVDs on some old CMM disks over the past few weeks and they also work on all players).
Could just be a fluke, no matter what the media there is no 100% in vid burning. Take a look at the disc is there by chance any type of slight imperfection? I would try another burn before worrying about it.
