disc drive locking up

    not sure if this os the right place for this question but, can anyone tell me what might be causing and how to fix my xb unless you have a disc in the drive it locks and you have to phsically pry it open, but if you leave a disc in it works just fine

    never heard of this dont know why it would work with a game inside and not work if there is no game sounds like your motor might be going but im not sure.....

    Well maybe you should invest in a new xbox drive?

    yeah man same thing is wrong with mine and i have to hit the top of the xbox after i hit the open button just need a new drive
