Have a sony vaio labtop Grv-680. It has a dvd burner and a cd combo optical drive. I have about 500 albums, which is about 4500 songs stored on my hard drive. The program that i'm running is windows media player 9. and for the last year its been running fine. About 4 months ago i bought a external burner{liteon 870}. Now for the last week i've been getting errors. What happens is that it converts fine but when it starts to download on the disc, midway through it closes early. Then it spits the disc out and give a message{cannot record to a recorded disc. Need assistance.
