Disc not being read by windows after burning using Alcohol

    i burned an image file with Alcohol and the recording was successful but when i tried to test the CD windows would come up wiht an error saying "windows cannot read from disc. the disc might be corrupted or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows".
    Im using an HP 400i
    Can some please help with my problem

    i ws buring a bin&cue and i am running windows xp

    Did you enable bin& cue file format support via Alcohol 120? Open Alcohol 120>shell extension>enable bin& cue>close Alcohol 120>open Alcohol 120>image burning wizard>choose data type prolfile>load cue>burn slow.
