I've never had a problem with Diskeeper 9, but since i upgraded to 10, after i defrag any of my drives I always recieve this:

    WARNING!
    1. The MFT usage is currently 99% of total MFT Size, which indicates it is likely the MFT will become fragmented.

I have 2 hdd's that are partitioned (so a total of 4hdds recongnized by the pc)
I recieved that on all for partitions before AND after i defrag.

    Whats up with this?

    Thanks all!

I use Diskeeper 10 and have not seen this error message. Try doing a boot-time defrag. You can select the option to defrag the MFT during the boot up defrag process.

I am not sure that that will help, but if not, contact the software developer at diskeeper.com
