Yeah i ordered something on thursday october 5 and it is now sunday october 8, and i still dont have a tracking number. I know this site comes highly recommended and they say within 48 hours you will have a tracking number, but i haev yet to receive one. Any body know of a way to make them give it to me. I have already sent them an email waiting for a response, its been 1/2 day and they say wait uptil 2 days. I just want to know if any one has had a problem with them and not receiving a tracking number.

Highly recommended by who? I tried to order from them once and after waiting two months for my product that was supposed to ship in a week, I canceled my order. Everyone else I know has had the same problem with them.

I recommend kicktrading.ca, it took less than a week to get my shipment after the order was placed. Divineo.com is quite known for their horrible service.

going to their website and clicking on "payments" leads me to this:

Even if they accepted only PayPal, you can still use a credit card w/o signing up. When you go to the payment screen there's a small tab that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Click Here" and when you click on it, you have the option to sign up or pay without signing up

When I ordered from divineo less than 2 months ago, it was great. I live in florida, they shipped from canada... shipped the day after I ordered it, and the next day was in florida... unfortunately it was a holiday weekend, so I had to wait till tuesday to get it, even tho it shipped friday and was sitting in town on saturday lol.

Forget divineo.com, I made an order on in June (My 2nd order) and have yet to receive anything nor the promised refund. My order number is US1348215.

For the record, prior to this, I did order from them. They promised REGISTERED AIRMAIL but the item arrived in my mailbox, no signature was required. If I'm not wrong, if an item is registered, you will have to sign for it on receipt. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

Have written over 45 emails to them, called them up several times and NEVER got to speak to a human, left numerous voicemail. I'm calling from Singapore so the cost isn't cheap.

They don't care about their customers.

If you order MAKE SURE you use a credit card or paypal.

    NEVER USE DIRECT FUND TRANSFERS.

Horrible company. Will never order from them again.

I can be contacted if you are in the same position and need more people to bring them into line. I have a gmail account and have the whole saga if anyone should require it.

Bottom line. Issue not resolved. Horrible attitude. Definately be very careful dealing with them.

registered airmail - normally not only do you have to sign.. but you have to pick it up at your post office (at least thats how it is here in the US)

Some delivery people are lazy though, I have frequently had things put through my letter box that need to be signed, just 'cos I wasn't home to sign for them.

Due to my large amount of deliveries I now have all items kept at the Post depot and I go collect them twice a week.

As for divineo, i've never had any problems with them, an have brought from divineo.com twice, divineo.co.uk 20+ times and divineo.cn 10+ times - saying that though, I have heard of the divineo.com issues numerous times before so will most likly only use .co.uk and .cn from now on

Yes, I agree with you. The trouble is with the .com site. I regularly order from divineo.cn and have no such problems. Their's after sales service is quite good. Just that divineo.com people are totally irresponsible.

Avoid divineo.com, the rest are ok. (so far)

Now all my emails to them are bouncing... maybe they've chucked my email address into their spam list? Nevermind... shall try via another email.

their e-mail box is full.. "over quota". either that, or your message size is too large for them. They probably won't even notice its full until they start getting calls about it, which as you said before they never answer
