If you burn one movie that is divx format on a dvd and it works on your dvd player, then you go back and burn 2 more that are also divx format and they dont work what could be the problem?

are these encoded by you or downloaded movies?

to play on most DVD/DivX players you have better results keeping within the codec standard specs when you encode. Even tho they may play on your PC, doesn't mean they will work in a stand alone player.

I recommend to re encode them with the [bold]standard[/bold] codec settings, and burn to disc and see if you get better results.

They where downloaded movies, that where already converted to DIVX. One worked fine the other 2 work on the computer but not in my dvd player. I really hate watching movies on the computer. LOL
