DivX converters. AVS doesn't seem to work. Please recommend one that does

Hi everyone! Okay, I use DVD Flick to convert DivX movies to DVD format and it works extremely well, but I would like to find some software (preferably free) that I can use to convert files TO DivX from the TV recordings I have put through DVD Shrink's reauthor facility. I have AVS Video Tools but it doesn't sem to have the converter that it claims to have, only Mpeg, MP4, WMV and a couple of others. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Try AGK.
Select VTS_01_0.IFO for the input.
Select an output folder, audio stream, etc.
Choose a custom size for the output - I use 700MB for a one hour TV show to fit on a CD - then click 'Add Job'.
Optionally add a new source for a new job then > 'Start'.
