Divx installed on Windows Vista - video flipped

    The problem I'm having is that I installed Divx on my Windows Vista and for some reason the video is flipped or mirrored or something. Also, the divx buttons shows twice but disappears from the lower right corner of the screen next to the clock, so I can't change teh properties. What can I do?
