By the way dRD, everything worked out yesterday...Unfortunately I have a new problem. The audio is fine. It goes along just fine but the video's framerate falls behind and then speeds back up every few seconds. I made sure it's not just the computer because I just encoded a few seconds worth. Still happens. Please help!
OK, here's an update. I encode a 10 second clip. At first it's fine but the audio gradually outpaces the video. But here's what's really strange - I'm playing it back and if I only start the video at say 7 seconds into it, everything is synched OK. WTF?
