i have tried to download divx to my computer so i can watch movies i have gotten from winmx and everytime it starts to install i get a error message that says corrupted installer, could someone please help me i would surely be thankful.
Hi rhs, You need DivX to encode (make) AVIs, not to watch other peoples AVIs... The checksum on your download has failed for whatever reason; you must throw it out and d/l that file again. To playback any & all types of audio/video media, you should install FFDShow http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/ffdshow.cfm Regards
