divx split vcd dvd

I have a movie downloaded that is 650mb. I want to split it into 2 because nero vcd maker sayes it is 2 big. I would like help on what to use to either split it then make a vcd or just make a dvd from it.

 

i would not recommend converting a divx movie to a svcd/vcd because there will be a loss in quality
but if u wanna split them in 2 u can try using vdub
