Divx to DVD- DVD Freezing During Playback?

    I am new to this so excuse my lack of knowledge!

    I have tried copying a new divx movies to DVD using Xillisoft Divx to DVD and also 007 DVD Creator. A couple of my films have played back fine, but a few of them have been sticking during playback and then after a couple of seconds they catch up again, but its really annoying!

    Can anyone help me to solve this problem? An idea i have had but quite possibly nothing to do with it is i have only got about 4gb spare on my C drive, although the film in divx formay is currently on my D drive with about 30GB spare.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can know one help with this? Been told it might be dropped frames???????

    Im using Memorex DVD's. Just read on another post there not thought of very highly. Could this be my problem?
