Is there a DivX and XviD codec that allows you to force the aspect ratio to 4:3 for both file types?

Ive got a Divx codec that supports Xvid also however it has propertys wich forces a 4:3 aspect ratio but only for Divx encoded files. I used Windows media edtion so i have to use there player.

DivX and XviD are both ASP video codecs and as such support AR resizing. Use MPEG4Modifier to set the PAR and then it should resize using the latest DivX, XviD (depending on bframe settings), ffdshow, mplayer or VLC to decode.

The XviD codec allows setting the PAR during encoding, not sure about the latest DivX codec as I don't have it installed.
