DM500S VPN stopped

    Hi, I plugged my DM500S in on Friday and everything was fine, come Sunday morning I only had freeview channels. Internet connection is fine. I noticed my VPN is stopped, my friend has same box and his VPN status is running. The drop down bar doesnt let me change it to start. Any ideas?

    Maybe your sub on your VPN needs to be paid

    send them a mail and ask them what is wrong with it you dont actually need it you could take it off and connect the normal way
