When I transfer video to DVD on the Panasonic DMR E20, it will not play back on all DVD players consistantly. It works on a Sony DVD and on a JVC, and sort of played on the APEX but not on all DVD. Does anybody else have this problem or any ideas of why this happens?
DVD-Rs work in most players, but not with all, that's a fact that applies to stand-alone recorders like yours and internal PC drives, such as Pioneer A03/A04, as well. Trying different brands of DVD-R media is one option. And also, if your recorder supports both, DVD-R and DVD-RW discs, the DVD-R discs are more compatible with standalone players.
SIMILAR PROBLEM IS THE ONE THAT COMPUSA DISC WONT EVEN RECORD WELL. THEY SAY DISC PROTECTION ON DVD-Rs ?¡?¡¿¿ ANY SUGGESTION IN DVD MEDIA????
