DNS ERROR: 80072EE7 - ??????

    one of my friends is having problems with her internet.. she tried to sign in to msn & recieved an error. something about a dns error. she got an error code: 80072ee7, but ive tried looking on google & various other forums but with no luck.. there is some things on google but there seems to be loads of different explanations.. can anyone help? thanks

    Before the supreme beings at MSN tell you...we might as well first get it out of the way.

    Clear all temp files (including the Windows\Temp folder), temporary internet files, downloaded program files, and cookies.

    DNS errors usually indicate a problem either the browser, or her ISP is having locating the server being requested.

    ok.. whats the best way to clear the temp folder etc? thanks
