does any have problems with demon isp

    does anybody have any problems using bittorrent clients with demon?
    when ever i run a bittorrent program, even if im downloading at 15kb it cuts my internet about 1,500kb. and i dont know how to resolve it.
    i know its something to do with demon becuase i used to use pipex isp and it ran perfectly then its only now i've moved to demon.
