this is a strange question, but i am renting movies from the video shop and using DVD fab/shrink/imgburn to burn my own copy of the movie. No problems there
My internet usage is still really high. Does doing the process of which i am copying these DVD's use megabytes????
    Thanks

May I suggest you edit your thread before a mod sees it and has something to say...piracy at AD is a BIG no no.

Help is generally afforded to those who actually OWN the DVDs they are copying.

To answer your question, no, dvd backup has nothing to do with internet usage.

But anyway, as the other two members in the thread have pointed out, "rent and copy" is not a topic that goes down well here.
