dont know what to do computer problems to slow!!!

    i have ran AVG,AD-AWARE and SPYBOT i dont know what else to do my computer keeps running real slow i have windows xp and i have comcast high speed i realy need some help here by the way i have NORTON ANTIVIRUS SOME HELP HERE PLEASE!!!!

    Please download HijackThis.
    Extract the file to a permanent folder.
    Rename it to anything you like.
    Open HijackThis and click "Do a system scan and save a log file".
    The log will be saved in the same folder as the HijackThis.exe file.
    Post that log here.

    first off you shouldn't have two anti-virus running on your pc at the same time. Do you have a virus? here are three basic things to do once you get rid of one of those virus protections because two will cause conflicts. do disc clean up, defrag, then go to my computer, c:drive, right click got to properties, tools, disc error checking click the first box to auto fix errors. then reboot if you still have problems go to windows live safety center and run a full scan takes about 2hrs run the full scan this will check everything inlcuding the registry and for spyware reboot and good luck
