There was a bug in Rebuilder 0.53 that I lost about half a head of hair trying to figure out. It's now been corrected and you can get 0.53a which has the problem fixed. If you backed anything up with 0.53 (not 0.53a - it should be fine) make sure to test your backup. It may have files missing that it needs.
Hey vurbal, can you give me the link? I went to the download page, it doesn't show it. I was gonna use it tonite, glad you posted.

In case anybody reading this did backup a disc with 0.53 and it won't play, if you still have the source files DVD-RB used you can fix the problem. The titles that get re-encoded should be fine. It's the ones that are supposed to be copied from the original that have problems. All you have to do is compare the source directory with the finished DVD. What you're looking for are VTS_xx_01.VOB files (in the source) smaller than 50MB. These files should have been copied to the new VIDEO_TS directory, but they weren't. If you copy them to the new VIDEO_TS directory and then open VIDEO_TS.IFO in IfoEdit and click Get VTS Sectors (and click OK several times when prompted) you should have a working set of DVD files. I fixed 2 discs that I did last night and then did again today because I couldn't figure out the problem. Both play fine on my standalone.
Well I don't know, but I did put in a couple of plugs for ya, I think I swing a lot of weight around here, no wait a minute, that's weight is on me! Congrats again.
Whew! Am I glad that someone found the bug before I did a backup, if you know me then you'll know that I would be unable to sleep until the issue was resolved. _X_X_X_X_X_[small] "Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth."
