ok i have dothalo for my maps, but i can't get it 2 start it always says application failed to initialize property(0xc0000135),can someone please help me?

hi, i have dot halo(it appears to be a rar file?)and i was told to download net framework and i have but i still cant open dot halo,why is this?

 

you probably downloaded the wrong version of the framework, try a link in my halo modding tut, the link to the tut is in my sig.

 

im also having trouble getting dothalo to open. i have downloaded every version .net framwork and rebooted time and time again. i dont know what im doing wrong. and before every starts to talk crap about newbs im a legit 34 in team and legit 24 head to head
