Dots, Dots and more DOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Alright well I play many games and am playing City of Heroes for a week now. But there are white dots that I just cant stand anymore. I am thinking its a heat issue because Max Payne 2 and UT 2004 play fine but I would like some input.

    My PC specs: P4 3.2
    1G Ram
    Radeon 9800 XT
    120G HD

    I also have another computer that is exactly the same but it plays the game fine.

    switch videocards to see if problem follows as possible bad video ram
