hello, i have this problem when i dl anythign from anywhere it dls at a very slow rate it takes days and i have cable modem is there a software that make ur downloads go faster? so i dont have 2 wait days to dl anything? thank you for your time.
yeah, more info. basically, if you're just using windows d/l manager, sounds like your tcp/ip settings need to be tuned. this site has some good tools to get you started, but each machine needs a different setting (boy, its a pain in the butt to set up a new lan card or modem lol). http://www.dslreports.com/tools

go to that website and see how your normal speeds are. run the tests for setup info. torrent clients tend to need to be set up to d/l through the firewall, or router to get any decent speed. search this site for set up instructions.
i tested the speed 1497/239 dl 1497kb upload 239kb and it also says 29.9kb per second but when i dl from program i do like 15kb per second
run "tweak test". what speed is your ISP saying you got? (for instance, if your ISP says you get 3000 kbps and you're only getting 1479, then you need to tweak your machine). if you're near the top of your bandwidth, then you may have your d/l programs set up wrong. (torrent clients work better with port forwarding, so on) hope this helps.

seems you're set up ok, but not being there, it's kinda hard to tell from here lol(as i said, each system is different) so then, seems to me, you need to tweak the programs you're using. plenty of threads and guides in here on how to go about it. good luck!
i got like 20 tweak programs but none of them are workign for me i cant find a serial for it or u have to buy it online would u help me out telling me witch one i can get and were can i find serials that actualy work?... thank you for ur time and help anyways i appriciated it!
i looked at the p2p programs like ares limewire morpehus and they were all invalid bc there all out of date
