Downloaded movies and subtitles

Is there any software that can subtitle my downloaded movies in my language eks: Norway?

if you have the text file, sure you can.
for mpeg4, ie divx, xvid, ie .avi. you can mux it with a an app, avi-mux (can't remember its name) its at sourceforge.net, check project guliverkli.....

v-dubmod can accept certain text streams.

for mpeg hard encoding, i have post many ways, try a search.
