Does the file play on the PC.
    Is it an AVI file?

Use DVD Flick to convert the .AVI and optionally burn the disk.

It's important to set the preferences to suite your video standard (NTSC in North America, PAL in EU and Australasia).
The program includes a short, clear guide.

You should be using quality DVD media (like 'Verbatim' brand) in the DVD burner.

Are you wanting a freeware program to convert your avi file over to dvd format?
