downloaded torrent file, no what?

i downloaded a file using azureus. it took 24 hours to download 724mb and now i dont know what to do with it. i havent been able to view it or even tell what file type it is? it has a folder and inside the folder it has saga-bsnx.00 all the way up to saga-bsnx.41... can anybody help me?
