How come I can only save limewire downloads in my hard disk? I have a CD writer but I encounter an error message whenever I try to change the location where the file is to be saved in D: (where my CD writer is connected. Please help me.
you can not save directly to you cd writer drive. you have to have it saved in a location such as your c: drive, then have a burner program to get it from that drive and you can burn it to cd.
The only way you can save it directly to a CD is if you have a packet writing program such as InCD or Roxio that will make the disk like a large floppy and you can then write to it. You can only use rewritable disks and they must be formated for this purpose.
