Downloading update for anydvd

    I am having trouble downloading the new version (5.5.1.1) of anydvd.
    Everything SEEMS to go smooth, I get the message that there is another version on, should I overwrite? I click yes, but after the download goes thru and I try to install, the download starts all over again...a not so funny circle.
    Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

    Appreciate your help.

    That all I did and it worked fine. The registration is just transferred over the the new version.
