downloading updates

    hi
    i keep getting these updates that wont install.the latest one are these
    updates;kb928090 and kb931836.they fail everytime they try to install.
    what can i do?im using xp.can i install them myself rather than automat-
    ically?thanks

    Go to the Microsoft website and put the 2 update names in the search engine and find the two updates and install.
