Dreambox 500c has lost all of its channels.

    Ive did a scan and now its says next to all my channels removed service, has virgin media does something, can this be fixed?

    make sure you are scanning with the right provider selected
    Is your subbed box working
    Ring 150 and listen to the fautline ....................Paul
