Hi, I'm using the latest version of Nero to burn a dvd. I've followed the directions under (Convert Divx Xvid Avi to DVD) and after several installs and unistalls of Nero, I was able to input my information using 'Nero Burning Rom'. The last step always went to saving an 'Image' instead just burning the dvd. I realized that Nero is not recognizing my DVD Burner (BenQ external burner). When I tried to use Nero Tools, it says that my Drive D and Drive E are locked by an unknown application. I'm going a bit nuts since I've been at this for over 2 days now. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm running Microsoft ME. Thanks.
I don't know if you have found a solution to your problem, but I had to use a general clean tool that I finally found on the Nero site. I told it to uninstall everything. Go here and download the General Clean Tool. http://www.nero.com/us/Clean_Tools.html and whatever you do, don't reinstall the InCD Garbage.
