Driver problem with graphic card

    My friend is having a problem with his graphic card driver.
    ATI Radeon Mobility 9000

    He needs to install a driver.. he gets to the installshield wizard but it says he is not allowed to.
    Says access denied.

    We tried to solve his problem but, since we arent good with PC we don't know what to do.

    Are you absolutely sure you're trying to install the correct drivers? If so, have you tried uninstalling the previous drivers first? If so, try installing them in safe mode.
