"Dropped packet" using VSO DivxToDVD

    I see this when trying to convert -- any clues as to what this means or how it will effect the conversion?

    It means your computer can't keep up. Reasons could be

    -fragmented hard drive
    -not enough memory
    -slow cpu
    -too many programs running in background
    -too high bitrate in conversion settings
