help some one please have downloaded echoes of time and it freezes on first save all other games worked tried it on kingston 2g card with no other games and it still freeze ive downloaded this game from one place to other and still no joy what am i doing wrong got cheat code ect some one please help gran child really wants this game
if its the original R4 (as there are now 14 cards with R4 in the name)running 1.18 firmware then it is a know issue. The updates for this are no more, you could try YSMenu, (uses the DSTT firware)details of this can be found in the R4 forum on gbatemp.net
sorry to sound an idiot how can you tell a fake mine has r4 and silver design with ndsl/nds it came with out firmware ive downloaded 1.18 im a bit stupid with the dstt fireware but have got ysmenu download so i should think i have to make a file or something i m so sorry just new to all this
1.18 - then this is the original, there will be no more official firmwares for this card, you can patch some games to work but there are a few that will never work. YSMenu, I am sorry but I have never used it, this uses the DSTT firmware (as this currently is being updated)and makes it work on R4 cards. If you go to the R4 Forum of GBATemp I believe there is a tutorial on how to put it on the card and make it work.
